Refund & Returns

We want every INDDIORA object to feel right in your home. If something isn't as you hoped, the following policy applies.

7-day window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Engraved, customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift sets must be returned complete — partial returns are not accepted.
  • Items purchased during private sales or with promotional discounts above 20% are final sale.

How to raise a request

Email care@inddiora.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a reverse pickup or drop-off instruction.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes inspection at our atelier, refunds are initiated within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Reverse pickup charges of ₹150 are deducted from the refund unless the return is due to damage or a defect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
