Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of inddiora.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. The Site is operated by Inddiora Enterprises LLP.
1. The atelier
Inddiora Enterprises LLP (trading as INDDIORA) is a craft house producing hand-raised copper objects in Northern India. Because each piece is finished by hand, slight variations in hammer marks, patina and weight are intrinsic to the work — they are not defects.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and an order confirmation email is sent.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Shipping
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & refunds
Returns and exchanges must be raised within 7 days of delivery, per our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Care of copper
Copper is a living material and develops a natural patina with use. Care instructions are included with every order. Damage caused by misuse, dishwashers, harsh chemicals or accidental drops is not covered by any warranty.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — photography, copy, illustrations and the INDDIORA marks — is owned by Inddiora Enterprises LLP and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inddiora Enterprises LLP's liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
